Sleep disorder screening
Give those deemed at risk of insomnia, sleep apnoea or restless leg syndrome a tool to determine the potential severity of the condition and next steps to diagnosis and treatment – either through Occupational Health or self-refer to their medical professional.

Undiagnosed sleep disorders are one of the leading drivers of chronic fatigue in the workplace. Our sleep disorder screening tool is based on validated assessments and question sets and provides a structured pathway for employees identified as at risk during the sleep health self-assessment.
For each of the three most common sleep disorders — insomnia, obstructive sleep apnoea, and restless leg syndrome — we provide a dedicated screening tool that helps the individual understand the potential severity of their condition.
Outputs include a severity rating and clear next steps: either a referral pathway through Occupational Health or guidance on how to self-refer to their GP or specialist. This closes the loop between awareness and action, helping employees get the help they need faster.
We know from feedback we have received and results in those who have participated twice that those who undertake the sleep health self-assessment and are deemed to be at risk of one or more sleep disorders have gone on to be diagnosed and treated for those sleep disorders with positive life changing results.
Sleep disorders are woefully under-diagnosed and can be so detrimental to all aspects of life.
